Gather your friends, family, co-workers, Facebook friends, “Tweeps,” Church group, friends in your dorm, neighbors – you name it! You don’t have to be in the same place health or wellness wise, you don’t have to be in the same location, but you do need to commit to sharing your fitness and weight loss with each other!
Begin Documenting the Fitness and Eating Habits in Your Life
Dive into the Project! Start now! Take photos of yourself during or after a great work out. Snap a picture of your healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Snacking on fruit? Snag a pic! Sweating it out on a tough run? Store an image of it on your smartphone! Looking great in your new workout gear before Spin class? Pose for a photo first!
Prove it! Use Social Media to Share Your Proof
This is where #ProjectProof kicks in! Begin to share these photos and this proof on your favorite social media platform using the hashtag #ProjectProof. You’re going to take visual ownership and responsibility of your fitness, eating habits and lifestyle changes.
